Nicole happened upon yoga through a personal search of becoming more in tune with her body. As she stumbled out of her first yoga class she had no idea what a positive change the practice would create in her life. As she delved deeper into yoga, Nicole’s practice lead her not only to an exploration of her physical body, but of her emotional and spiritual self as well. Nicole decided to train with Ganga White and Tracy Rich at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, in hopes to be able to share her love for the practice with others. Nicole’s classes focus on turning inward, quieting the mind, and learning to listen to the body’s wisdom, while still offering movement and a playful flow. Her classes aim to open the heart and let down barriers to allow her students to begin to explore not only the beauty in their physical practice, but also the beauty in quieting the mind and finding self-acceptance.
