CCFM Moonlight Market – October 10th, 6 to 10p

Private Event – October 16th

The studio will closed for half of the day on Friday October 16th for a private event. Please join us for the 6:30a, 8:30a, or 10a classes. We will reopen Saturday, October 17th with our full schedule. Keep abreast of changes, through our online scheduler here.

Twerkshop – October 24th, 1:30 – 3:30p  

Ms Jenny Leigh is back in town and bringing her sass back to the studio for a little thing we like to call a Twerkshop!

Introducing RS’s first ever TWERKshop. We know you love our Make it Reyn workout, so we are offering a workshop style class to be sure you’re getting the most out of Make it Reyn. Participants will get some serious booty work in with some lower body plyo training to the tune of your favorite hip-hop, dance, and rock hits.

The first half of the workshop will be about getting the most out of your form and technique and then we well get right into an energy boosting MAKE it REYN extended class.

Against-the-Grain Yoga – A Master Class with Geoffrey Roniger of FSY – Saturday, November 7th, 1:30 – 3:30p 

During this unique 2-hour practice, we will re-examine several things that we thought we were supposed to do in our poses in order to determine whether or not those thoughts hold any real validity in the organic arena of the body. By going back and forth between the so-called right thing to do and the so-called wrong thing to do, we will deepen the conversation around what it means to be physically balanced, easy, and light. You can expect a healthy sampling of poses from all of the major pose categories, and we will conclude our practice with viloma pranayama (or “against-the-grain breathing”) to help unveil our authentic breath and our unalloyed mind.
