Pamela takes a fun, explorative approach to teaching. She believes that every body is different, students and teachers alike, and yoga is a journey which allows for transformation on and off the mat. By combining classical elements of Ashtanga yoga with creative, new sequences the physical body is taken to places you never thought possible.
Pamela has been influenced and trained by many different teachers from all over the world. She first found her physical yoga practice at Asta Yoga in San Francisco C.A. Having always been a very active person she was quick to jump on the yoga bandwagon, but soon found that yoga had so much more to offer. Shortly after she received her 200 hr RYT from Larry Schultz It’s Yoga in 2010 and has been teaching ever since. She has also received a 100hr RYT Advanced Rocket Training Certification, 200hr RYT Smart Flow training from Exhale’s Annie Carpenter, and studied at The Ashtanga Institute with Sharat Jois in Mysore, India.
