Sara attended her first yoga class in Chicago — it was winter, and a friend promised a warm room. She couldn’t do most of the postures, but something internal kept her coming back. Three years later, she spent 200 hours of her summer indoors at teacher training, drawn to the idea of guiding others toward the peace of mind she had found only on her mat.
An Austin native, Sara triumphed over 7 Chicago winters before embarking on law school in New Orleans. She hopes to create classes that challenge the body and calm the mind.
