As a 15 year yoga practioner, the thing that keeps me returning to my mat is the feeling of balance I get from it. Yoga aligns my physical, stabilizes my emotional and grounds my mental. I carry that sense of balance into my style of teaching as well by combining the flow of vinyasa with time to explore our alignment within the postures. Although the sequence and theme of my classes change, the goal remains the same in every class; we leave our mats feeling more like ourselves than when we arrived.
