Cat was drawn to yoga as a unique form of exercise and a practice of mindfulness. She delved into yoga during college where student teachers provided her an accessible form of mind-body reconnection. Cat deepened her practice after noticing its ability to transform her not only physically on her mat, but throughout many aspects of her life. She believes the focus and discipline of the practice to be incredibly therapeutic for the busy mind, and aims for her classes to benefit people of all different walks of life. She believes in the ability of yoga to inspire confidence, build physical strength, and redirect one’s mind toward the present. Cat’s classes provide both a physical challenge as well as an opportunity to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit.

Cat received her 200 hr training in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland at Charm City Yoga, now a part of YogaWorks, Inc. Her thoughtfully sequenced classes combine elements of traditional Ashtanga and contemporary vinyasa to create a fun and physical flow.
