KELLY BOUDREAUX + JANAE HOLMES | CO-OWNERS
Janae and Kelly have been friends and business partners since the Fall of 2013 (though their friendships seems to span decades!) when they began creating yoga programs together. They since have trained over 80 people to become certified yoga teachers, created three yoga studios and have taught thousands of yoga students in Louisiana.
Kelly is a certified Baptiste Power Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2006. Kelly is also a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a committee member for the Baptiste Foundation, a non-profit organization contributing to individuals and communities in need by sharing the powerful tools and techniques of Baptiste Yoga. She has also served as the Managing Director and a Board Member for Africa Yoga Project which uses the transformational practice of yoga to create opportunities for youth in and from Africa to step into their greatness and become self-sustaining leaders in their communities. Kelly is “mommy” to three sweet boys, Cooper, Henry, and Maxwill and lives in Morgan City, LA with her husband, Cleve.
Janae has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is a Certified Baptiste Yoga teacher. Janae is a Legacy Ambassador for lululemon athletica and holds two Masters Degrees from Ohio University (an MBA and a Masters of Sports Administration) where she met her husband, Evan. Janae grew up outside of Boston, was a collegiate athlete and has found yoga as the foundation from which she lives and interacts with everyone in her life. She now proudly calls New Orleans her home after moving here 7 years ago. Janae has two little ones, Alexander and Caroline, who you will see often around the studios.
