“Much of our work in Restorative yoga is, in fact, about less: less music, less talking, less distraction, fewer poses. It’s all in the service of giving ourselves (and our students) time to become reacquainted with our rich interior landscape.” - Lizzie Lasater

Learning to teach Restorative yoga is largely about learning to practice Restorative yoga. You already have all the tools you need to embrace this practice; you just have to learn how to utilize and share them.

Reyn Studios 20hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in profound simplicity. You will learn how to hold space for pause and ease; how to skillfully sequence a restorative practice; and how to assist, modify, and enhance key poses so classes are accessible to all.

This training is open to certified yoga teachers looking to expand their range of offerings. We also welcome individuals seeking to deepen their practice.
