Sarah’s yoga story began in the water. She discovered fluidity of movement and the euphoria of mediation. As a competitive swimmer, discipline was doctrine yet Sarah found joy and flow in the water. Throughout her long career as a swim coach, she honed her eye for healthy body movement, in and out of the water. She was introduced to yoga on land in a fitness class after college and she was hooked!  Forrest yoga became her daily practice and she did teacher training in 2012. Careful alignment and playful spirit characterize Sarah's yoga practice and the way she guides classes. She studies hands-on assists and how to support deeper breath. Her Forrest-influenced classes calm the mind, build strength and create space for each person’s healing. She brings passion for nature and handstands with her from Colorado.
