Tracey Anne has been practicing yoga and bodywork for 22 years. Her holistic approach to body therapies is informed by Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Yoga, and Reflexology. She believes that deep relaxation can heal the body and mind and that everyone has the capacity for self-healing, but that everyone also needs a little help getting there now and then.
